Where do I download the plugin after purchasing?

You'll get a download link via email right after purchase. You can also find it any time in your account page.

What plugin formats are supported?

Chainsaw Suite is available in VST3 and AU formats.

Do I need an internet connection to use the plugin?

An internet connection is required for the initial activation, but once activated you can use the plugin fully offline.

Which DAWs are supported?

Cubase, Reaper, Fender Studio, FL Studio, Ableton Live, Reason, and Logic Pro.

Can I use one license on multiple machines?

Yes, up to 3 computers at a time. To install on a new machine beyond that, just deactivate one of your existing installs first.

Do I get free updates?

Bug fixes and updates are free. If there's ever a paid major version, it'll be clearly listed before you buy, no surprises.

Is there a refund policy?

Check the Terms page for the details. If something's wrong, reach out and we'll sort it out.

My plugin isn't showing up in my DAW, what do I do?

First, make sure you installed the correct format for your DAW (VST3 or AU) and that your DAW has scanned for new plugins. If it still doesn't show up, try rescanning manually in your DAW's plugin settings. If you're still stuck, reach out at support@avalanchetones.com with your DAW, OS, and plugin version.
