Terms of Use

License

When you purchase an Avalanche Tones product, you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. This license allows you to:

• Install and use the plugin on your own personal computers
• Use the plugin in personal and commercial music productions
• Create and distribute music made with the plugin without royalties

This license does not allow you to:

• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the plugin to any third party
• Share your license key or activation with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the plugin to create competing products or tools

Number of Installations

Your license allows installation on up to 3 computers that you personally own and use. You should not install the plugin on computers you do not own or on shared machines accessible to others. If you need to install on a new machine beyond that limit, deactivate one of your existing installations first.

Updates and Support

Bug fixes and maintenance updates are included with your purchase at no additional cost. We aim to keep products working with current operating systems and DAWs, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every future update to third-party software.

If a major new version of a product is released with significant new features, it may be offered as a separate paid upgrade. This will always be clearly communicated before any purchase. Your existing version will remain functional.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email. We do not offer guaranteed response times, but we do our best to help.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or a license key has been issued. We understand this is strict, so we encourage you to watch the product walkthrough and check system requirements carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the following situations:

• The product does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue
• You were charged in error (duplicate purchase, billing mistake, etc.)
• Required by consumer protection law in your region

To request a refund, contact us at support@avalanchetones.com within 14 days of purchase and describe the issue in detail.

Intellectual Property

All Avalanche Tones products, including the software, presets, graphics, and associated content, are the intellectual property of Avalanche Tones. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. All rights not explicitly granted in these terms are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration. Use of our products is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avalanche Tones will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to your system.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our products or site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
